I'm addicted to...

I admit it! I can eat there everyday, eat the same thing everyday and be perfectly happy! Luann platter..fried fish, green beans and mashed potatoes. No deviation.

Ya know, now that I think about it I did the same thing when I was pregnant with John but it was Chick-fil-a. Except they offer breakfast, so it was twice a day. I ate so much Chick-fil-a that to this day, I rarely eat it. Guess I overdid it huh!

I think this kid is gonna be a Luby's fan too...he seems to wiggle around alot after I'm finished stuffing my face.

hmmm...Wonder if I can talk Tim into Luby's for dinner?

LAURA!!! I laughed out loud when I saw this post...I LOVE Luby's and I order almost the exact same thing!! Luann with fried fish...and I get okra and mac and cheese. I have been ordering that same thing since I was probably 10 years old and I NEVER get anything else. Luby's is a big joke in our family because Jer hates it (he is from PA and just does not get it!) and I would eat there every day. LOL!! In fact, I posted about it on my blog a long time ago...here is the link. YOU will understand. ;-)

Also, you MUST make the soup! It is SO insanely good. This is an immersion blender: http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/190-2564447-4319868?asin=B00008GSA3&ci_src=15781033&ci_sku=B00008GSA3&AFID=Performics_Google%20Product%20Listing%20Ads&LNM=Primary&ref=tgt_adv_XASD0001

You can make it without one, but you would have to put the hot soup into a big blender in batches, which I have done before. It takes longer and makes a big mess...that little handheld blender changed my life! I use it constantly!! You can puree soup right in the pot and it takes seconds. I would suggest having one just because you can use it for so much stuff and it is so easy to clean. I don't know why I waited so long to get one! :-) I have a lot more cooking posts to come...I am so glad you like reading it!
