We have a contract!

You heard me right....Tim recieved a call this morning from a gentleman that has been looking at the latest house Tim built for a while now. He and his family have looked at the house at least 4 times and this past weekend came out to measure...I'm thinking they want the house, right?  Tim met with him and kinda sorta told a fib that he might have a contract on it already. I know, I know it's not nice to lie but it did the job!!

A pre-approvement letter was sent over from the bank this morning. And Tim is drawing up the contract today. The best news is that they want to close by the end of the year! Praise the Lord!! This couldn't have happened at a better time. As I mentioned before, this year has been especially hard financially, as it has with many families. We've prayed that God would watch over us and guide us to make smart decisions and He has.
